Not much to report today, but I didn't want to miss a day. I feel good today- steady energy and a clear head. My only issue seems to be not drinking enough juice. Hoping to remedy that tomorrow!

- Lemon water
- Spinach, carrot, bok choy
- Tea
- Spinach, carrot, bok choy
- Coconut water
- Kombucha
